Bloomberg and Barclays are pleased to announce Bloomberg's acquisition of Barclays Risk Analytics and Index Solutions Ltd. The S&P 500® Investment Grade Corporate Bond Index, a subindex of the S&P 500 Bond Index, seeks to measure the performance of U.S. corporate debt issued by constituents in the S&P 500 with an investment-grade rating. The S&P U.S. High Yield Corporate Bond Index is designed to track the performance of U.S. dollar-denominated, high-yield corporate bonds issued by companies whose country of risk use official G-10 currencies, excluding those countries that are members of the United Nations Eastern European Group (EEG). The index includes both corporate and non-corporate sectors. The corporate sectors are industrial, utility and financial. To be included in the index an issuer must have debt with at least one year to final maturity, have at least $250 million par amount of debt outstanding and be rated investment grade by at least two rating agencies. S&P International Corporate Bond Index is an investable index of non-U.S. Dollar corporate bonds issued by non-U.S. investment grade issuers. The index seeks to measure the performance of corporate bonds issued in the non-U.S. Dollar G10 currencies.
