Whilst I can't comment on what Sky do or don't do, I can confirm that as @Gandalf and @agedgopher point out, the cooling off period with Plusnet starts from the day after purchase. Just to confirm with a staff response, your 14 day cooling off period starts from the day after you either sign up/create an account with us, or agree to a new contract.
